MJ21's pool is 2.5 meters wide, 10 meters long and 150 centimeters deep. This long, narrow shape suits people who like swimming laps more than soaking. The house provides 1 children's life jacket.

A room with a bunk bed

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and a sofa. Bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bunk bed, the kind of room kids tend to love. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The living room has 1 sofa bed for the 7th guest, and up to 2 children under 6 stay free.

Appliances include a refrigerator, an electric stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a grill and a washing machine. Equipment includes a frying pan, a spatula, pots, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a mortar, ice tongs, grilling tongs, a wine cooler bucket, an ice bucket and a safe.

The refrigerator can hold a big bag of ice. Ice can be ordered from 7-11, or you can order a big bag of ice for 45 baht. As a freebie, 2 bags of charcoal are provided.

Outdoor noise is allowed until no later than 22:00, after which you can move inside and keep singing with the doors properly closed. Cars can park in front of the house (2 cars), while motorbikes can park in front of or inside the house.
