A two-level pool for kids and adults

The main pool is 4 × 8 meters and 50–150 centimeters deep, while the kids' pool is 50–60 centimeters deep, so young children can splash in the shallow part while the adults swim at the deeper end.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, move the gathering inside to keep chatting.

Arranging bedrooms for a group of 15–20

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds, and bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed. These two rooms share a bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 5 each have one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed, while bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Every room comes with body wash, shampoo and towels, but there's no hair dryer, so bring your own.

Charcoal, ice and things to order in advance

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a rice cooker and an ice bucket. Charcoal is 50 baht per bag and ice is 50 baht per bag; please order 1 day in advance.

Around the house, 7-Eleven is about 328 meters away, Nai Klae 3 restaurant about 330 meters, and Tops Daily about 406 meters. This house has no bicycles to borrow.

Parking

Parking fits 2 cars inside the property and 4–5 outside. Groups arriving in several cars should agree beforehand which ones park inside.
