A sloped pool by the sea

The pool is 5 meters wide and 13 meters long, with a floor that slopes from 50 to 180 cm, and a Jacuzzi seating area in the pool. Kids can play in the shallow end while adults swim in the deep end. There are 10 children's life jackets and 8 adult ones.

The house is right on the beach, and I Talay restaurant is about 180 meters away. The house offers extra paid sea activities, paid at the house: banana boat at 2,000 baht per hour, sofa boat at 500 baht per ride (minimum 4 rides), and jet ski at 3,500 baht per hour.

Another option is a snorkeling and squid-fishing boat trip at 4,000 baht for 6 people, plus 650 baht for each additional person (up to 15 people per boat).

Bedrooms in two zones

In the front zone, the 1st floor has bedroom 1, with three 5-foot beds, an en-suite bathroom and a Jacuzzi tub in front of the room, and bedroom 2, with one 5-foot bed and one 3-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and a TV. The 2nd floor is bedroom 3, with two 5-foot beds and one 6-foot bed, and a bathroom.

Bedroom 4: two 5-foot beds and two 3-foot beds, with no bathroom. In the back zone, bedrooms 5 and 6 each have one 5-foot bed and one 3-foot bed, with no en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 7 has two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The original information said 6 rooms have water heaters (rooms 7 and 8 have none) and that 1 additional room can be opened, but the house later reported that bedroom 7 now has a water heater.

A big kitchen for parties

The kitchen has pots, pans, a mortar and pestle, a steamer, a rice cooker, a blender, an air fryer, a grinder, an electric kettle, a grill and a moo kratha grill. There are ice buckets of both 75 liters and 200 liters, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Ice is 60 baht per 10 kilograms, delivered free until 18.00; after that you'll need to get it yourself. There's also a service for ordering meals, barbecue and seafood for those who don't want to cook.

Kids can play, adults can sing

The house has a kids' play zone, a 65-inch TV in the central room and YouTube Premium karaoke. Noise outdoors is allowed until 22.00, and indoors all night.

Unlimited children under 7 stay free, children aged 8–13 are 300 baht each per night, and those aged 14 and over count as adults.
