The Palm: An all-night karaoke room and a 200-liter ice bucket

A four-bedroom house across the road from Bang Saray Beach for groups of 15–20 guests. It has a ground-floor karaoke room where you can sing all night, a 4 × 7.7 meter pool with a slide, a 200-liter ice bucket, no extra charges for water or electricity, and up to 2 dogs or cats are welcome.

A separate karaoke room on the ground floor

The highlight of the house is the ground-floor karaoke room with 1 smart TV, a YouTube system and 2 wireless microphones. You can sing in the karaoke room all night, while outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00.

Upstairs there's a living room with another smart TV, a separate place to relax for those who aren't singing.

A 4-meter-wide pool and a slide

The pool measures 4 × 7.7 meters and is 1.4 meters deep. The house says it now has a slide, and 5 children's life jackets are provided. Children under 7 stay free, up to 2 kids.

The house is across the road from Bang Saray Beach, about 5 km from the sea, so on days you stay in you can make the most of the pool and the karaoke room.

Know before you assign rooms: there are three bathrooms

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 has two 5-foot beds (no bathroom), and Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot bed (no bathroom). The 1 upstairs bathroom is off the living hall, not inside a bedroom.

Downstairs is Bedroom 4 with two 5-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. It's near the pool but its door doesn't open onto the pool. There are 3 bathrooms in total, 1 upstairs and 2 downstairs, with water heaters.

A kitchen with a 200-liter ice bucket

The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove, pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a steamer, a grill, a kettle and wine glasses, plus 1 ice bucket of 200 liters. You should bring your own seasonings.

The house sells ice at 60 baht a bag (8 kg) and charcoal at 40 baht a bag (small bag) until 20:00, so it's best to stock up before the barbecue starts.
