A development where kids have room to run around

The house is in a wide, open development with restaurants and cafes for kids and adults inside, and there are cafes, restaurants and coffee shops at the front of the development. The house states that it is near convenience stores and tourist attractions.

For kids there's a ball pit house, a toy room, a sandpit, a slide and a trampoline. The ball room has an extra charge of 200 baht per hour or 300 baht for 2 hours. The Mini Zoo, with rabbits, 3 breeds of chickens, ducks, birds and koi, has an admission fee.

Matching bedrooms with bathrooms

Bedroom 1 is a large room with two 6-foot beds that sleeps 4–5 guests, with a large en-suite bathroom and its own bathtub. Bedroom 2 has one 6-foot bed, sleeps 2 guests and uses the 2 shared bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and sleeps 2 guests.

Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor and uses the shared bathroom in the 1st-floor hall. Provided amenities are bath towels and face towels, 4 hair dryers, tissues, shower gel and shampoo.

A 5 × 2 meter pool and its poolside rules

The pool is 5 × 2 meters and 1.2 meters deep. Swimmers must wear swimwear or clothing that won't run color; violations are fined 600 baht per person. The house has 2 garden tables and 10 garden chairs.

Bringing sound systems or speakers out of the house to play by the pool is strictly prohibited. No loud noise after 22:00, and if you use sound inside the house, please keep the doors tightly shut.

An electric kitchen

The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a sandwich maker and an electric oven that can grill, bake and fry, plus small and large ice buckets (75 liters). Breakfast is not included.

After cooking or eating, the house asks that you dispose of waste in the containers or bags provided to avoid ants and insects.

Fines and conditions to know before your stay

On check-in day, the house collects a security deposit along with 1 ID card, and returns the deposit on check-out day by 15:00 if there is no damage in the house and all equipment is in its original condition.

No smoking inside the house; violations are fined 2,000 baht. If the house and its items are not cleaned, a 1,000 baht cleaning fee will be deducted, and if kitchen equipment is not washed, the house charges a 1,000 baht fine on check-out day.

Early check-in is charged at 1,000 baht per hour (if there are no guests checking in the next day), and checking out later than the set time is not allowed; overtime is charged at 1,000 baht per hour.
