Lunar House, also known as Townhouse 4B 208, sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. The kitchen has a gas stove with a portable gas tank, so you can actually stir-fry and deep-fry, one of the 3rd-floor bedrooms has a bathtub, and the 120–160 cm deep pool suits anyone who wants a proper swim.

A kitchen for full meals

This house is set up for serious cooking, with a gas stove, a portable gas tank and a lighter for the burner. Equipment includes pots, pans, a spatula, a ladle, a mortar and pestle, a rice cooker, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses and an 80-liter ice bucket. Bring your own seasonings.

If you'd rather not prepare things yourself, charcoal is 100 baht per set, ice is 50 baht and drinking water is 60 baht per pack. This service is available until 17:00. If you don't want to wash the dishes, a housekeeper is available for 500–1,000 baht.

The 2nd floor for friends, the 3rd floor for couples

Bedroom 1 (2nd floor) has a 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed, 2 beds in total, plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) has a 6-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bed, 2 beds in total, with no en-suite bathroom; it shares the bathroom with bedroom 1 (through a separate door).

The 3rd floor has bedroom 3 with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and bedroom 4 with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The pool, noise and the security deposit

The pool is 3 × 6 meters and 120–160 cm deep, with 2 children's life jackets, and 2 children aged 10 or under stay free. The house has a YouTube karaoke system; loud noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors until midnight.

For stays of more than 3 nights, cleaning is provided once every 2 days; otherwise cleaning costs 700 baht per visit. There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 1 in front of the house. On check-in day, remember that the 3,000 baht damage deposit is accepted in cash only, so please bring cash (bank transfers are not accepted).
