Soneva poolvilla: A three-bedroom house in Huai Yai with clear rules set out before your stay

A pool with a slide, and the poolside rules

The 4 × 7 meter pool is 120 cm deep with a slide to play on. The house is 7.9 km from the sea, so this trip is mainly about relaxing by the pool.

The house doesn't allow eating in the pool, and there's a 1,500 baht fine if a pool float leaks or bursts. Better to set up your meal on the deck and swim afterward.

Three bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has 1 6-ft bed, and Bedroom 3 has 1 5-ft bed and 1 3.5-ft bed; these two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 5-ft beds and uses the bathroom outside.

Every bathroom has shampoo and soap, and the house has 3 hair dryers.

Music moves indoors after 22:00

The karaoke and pool table are inside the house. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, after which noise can continue indoors, but the doors must be properly closed.

Speakers must never be taken outside the house, and smoking indoors is prohibited, with a 5,000 baht fine if caught, except for e-cigarettes.

A kitchen with a steamer, and cleaning up

The kitchen has pots, pans, a steamer, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and an ice bucket. A grill is available, and extra charcoal and ice can be ordered.

If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there's a dishwashing fee of 1,000–2,000 baht, and if you leave food out without clearing up, there's a cleaning fee of 1,000 baht.

Getting around and shops nearby

There's parking for 1 car inside, 1 outside and 2 more along the road. Nearby are La la lake, about 540 meters away, Tropical Fruits Paradise about 1.4 km, and Lotus's Express Huai Yai about 1.6 km.
