Take a table down to the beach

This house is just 350 m from the sea, so the house provides a camping-style table and chair set to take down to the beach, along with a cart for carrying things. Load up drinking water and ice and wheel it down so the whole group can enjoy the sea breeze.

A 6-meter-wide pool and a corner for kids

The pool is 6 meters wide by 10 meters long, sloping from 120 to 165 cm deep, with fancy pool floats to lounge on. The kids have a separate Kids Club zone to play in on their own.

The house provides 1 pack of drinking water, 10 kg of ice and 1 bag of charcoal free; if that's not enough, you can order more. The karaoke system uses YouTube Premium, so you can sing without waiting through ads.

Six bedrooms and bunk beds

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds. Bedroom 2 has one 5-foot bed and a bunk bed (5-foot bottom, 3.5-foot top). Bedroom 5 has two 5-foot beds. These three rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has one 5-foot bed and a 3.5-foot bunk bed, Bedroom 6 has one 6-foot bed, and there are also 3 shared bathrooms.

Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed, and the 3.5-foot bunk bed in this room sleeps 2 people; it is only used when there are extra guests.

A large kitchen, and the pet rules

The large kitchen has a food prep table, along with pans, glasses, plates and bowls, spoons, a rice cooker, a fridge, a toaster, a gas stove and a microwave. There are no seasonings, so bring your own.

The house accepts dogs and cats at 500 baht each/night. Guests must take full responsibility for their pets' toileting, and pets are strictly not allowed in the pool or on the beds.

There is parking for 3 cars inside and unlimited parking outside, and minibuses can get in. Loud noise outdoors is allowed until 22.00; after that you can carry on indoors all night with the doors and windows properly closed. You can sit and drink outside, but no loud music; small speakers are fine for music.
