Your own bed, no squeezing in

Bedroom 1 has 1 6-ft bed and 1 3.5-ft bed, and Bedroom 2 has 2 3.5-ft beds. Neither room has an en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has 1 3.5-ft bed and 1 5-ft bed, and it's the only room with an en-suite bathroom. Friends who don't want to share a bed can easily sort out who sleeps where.

A private pool to cool off

The house is 11.2 km from the sea, so this trip centers on the house's own pool. The 4 × 6 meter pool, 1.2 meters deep, is for soaking and cooling off in the afternoon.

Freebies, ready to fire up the grill

The house throws in 1 bag of ice, 1 pack of drinking water and 1 bag of barbecue charcoal, so you can fire up the grill as soon as you arrive.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a steamer, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a cutting board, knives, dishes and an ice bucket. Bathroom amenities include soap and towels.

Karaoke all night

Loud noise outdoors is allowed until 22:00; after that you can continue, but not too loudly. Indoors, noise is allowed all night, so karaoke can move inside and carry on.

There's parking for 2 cars inside the house and 2 more outside. Nearby are Mr. Jo Cafe, about 2.1 km away, and the Khao Khan Thamat Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, about 2.5 km.
