Mello poolvilla A3 is a four-bedroom house for 10–13 guests. The second floor has a party terrace that juts out over the pool, there are both indoor and outdoor kitchens, and loud noise is allowed outdoors until midnight. Khrua Khao Hom restaurant is only about 50 meters away.

The second-floor terrace sits above the pool and works as a hangout spot. The pool area has an outdoor sound system and CCTV.

The pool is 6 × 5 meters and 1.5 meters deep. Loud noise outdoors is allowed until 00:00, so it suits groups who want to keep chatting after dinner.

Two kitchens, plus freebies for the barbecue

The house has 1 indoor kitchen and 1 outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped, with a mortar and pestle, a grill grate, a toaster, a large ice bucket and an ice cooler, but no air fryer.

The house gives you 1 large bag of ice and 2 bags of grilling charcoal for free. There is 1 dining room and 1 living room, and the whole house has 7 air conditioners in total.

Three bedrooms downstairs, one upstairs

On the 1st floor, bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds; these two rooms share a bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom.

On the 2nd floor, bedroom 4 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and there's 1 more shared bathroom by the pool under the stairs.

Khrua Khao Hom is about 50 meters away, the PTT gas station Chonburi Jomtien about 240 meters, and an ATM about 260 meters. The house is about 7.6 km from the sea.

Small pets are accepted at 500 baht each. There's parking for 1 car inside the property and 4 more in front of the house.
