Traveling with a small pet

This house accepts small dogs and cats only, at 300 baht per pet per night, so owners of large pets should choose another house.

About 490 meters from the house is the Better Pet animal clinic, which is reassuring when you bring your pet far from home, and nearby there's also a 7-Eleven about 540 meters away.

The 3 × 6 meter pool, 1.5 meters deep, is at the front of the house, and the sea is about 2.7 km away.

The master bedroom and its bathtub

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for adults or couples who like a soak before bed.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 5-foot bed and share the common bathroom; the whole house has 2 bathrooms.

A ready kitchen, but bring your own seasonings

The kitchen has a gas stove, a rice cooker, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, coffee mugs, wine glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, a mortar and pestle, an ice bucket and a steamer. Please bring your own seasonings.

The house sells charcoal at 50 baht per bag, ice at 60 baht per bag (minimum order of 2 bags), which can be ordered until 5 p.m. (17:00), and drinking water at 100 baht per pack. There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 2–3 in front of the house.

Noise and house care

Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00; indoors it's allowed at any time, but please keep the volume down.

The house charges 500 baht for dishwashing and 500–2,000 baht for cleaning if the house is left messy, if bed sheets, towels or curtains are stained, or after a heavy party.
