The swimming pool area has a party bar and sun loungers by the pool. The pool is 4 meters wide, 10 meters long and 1.6 meters deep.

This house allows loud noise outdoors all night, so groups planning a party or celebration don't need to rush to turn the music off in the middle of the night.

Sundiego A is next door and Sundiego C is directly opposite, so big groups splitting across several houses can stay close together.

A big living room and a long dining table

The house has a large living room, a large dining table and 3 smart TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has full kitchen equipment, a kitchen counter and a grill.

If you don't feel like cooking, Sea Space Pattaya is about 313 meters away, and 7-Eleven about 207 meters.

Good to know before booking

All five bedrooms have 6-foot beds with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 upstairs is the master room with a bathtub, and bedroom 5 downstairs has an added children's bunk bed.

Extra guests can be added free of charge, but no extra bedding is provided. Children aged 10 stay free, up to 5 (sleeping with their parents), and a housekeeper is on hand for 8 hours.

Pets stay free, but please ask before bringing them. Parking fits 2 cars inside the property, with unlimited parking outside.
