Lunlana Sea View Pool Villa Pattaya is a three-story house 30 meters from the sea that sleeps 17–22 guests. The L-shaped saltwater pool is 12.5 meters long and connects to a jacuzzi-style kids' pool and a 4.5-meter slide. Three upstairs bedrooms face the sea, and inside there are disco lights and a pool table to round off a fun night.

An L-shaped pool with separate adult and kids' zones

The private saltwater pool is laid out in an L shape, 12.5 meters long. The adult side is 130 cm deep, sloping to 140 centimeters, enough for swimming long lengths, while the 4.5-meter slide sends people sliding into the water to plenty of laughter.

In another corner is a jacuzzi-style kids' pool, 90 centimeters deep, so young children have their own place to splash. The house also has a kids' toy corner, and 3 children aged 7 and under stay free.

Three floors, with the sea-view rooms on top

Bedroom 1 is downstairs with one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second floor has Bedroom 2 (a 6-foot and a 3.5-foot bed), Bedroom 3 (a 6-foot and a 5-foot bed) with a sea view, and the master, Bedroom 4, with two 6-foot beds, a sea view and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Bedroom 5 is up on its own on the 3rd floor, with one 6-foot bed, a sea view and a shower cubicle in the room, ideal for anyone who wants a quiet spot away from the party. The whole house is air-conditioned, with a TV and a water heater in every room.

Disco lights, karaoke and a pool table

The common area is set up for party nights, with disco lights, a YouTube karaoke set with a speaker and 2 microphones, and a pool table. The kitchen has a rice cooker, a blender, a toaster, wine glasses, coffee cups, a microwave and a barbecue grill.

The house gives you 1 large bag of ice, 1 bag of charcoal and 1 lot of water per night, plus a snack and coffee set per booking. A large ice bucket and a small cooler keep drinks cold while you swim.

Around the house on Jomtien Beach

The house says it has a private beach and is next to the Veranda hotel. You can swim at Jomtien Beach in front of the house. Scoop Beach Cafe, a dessert cafe, is about 108 meters away, and FamilyMart about 159 meters.

If you want to head out, Nong Nooch Garden and Hao Dong fresh market are about 2 kilometers away, and yacht cruises at Ocean Marina Yacht Club about 4 kilometers. There is parking for 2 cars inside and 10 more within the estate, and buses can park (but not double-decker buses).
