A round of putting before the pool
The house has a putting green and a large parking area with room for 6–8 cars inside, so groups arriving in several cars don't have to park on the street. The house says it offers relaxation areas in a variety of styles.
The pool is 4.30 meters wide, 6 meters long and 1.20 meters deep, with a slide 2.00 meters high and 60 cm wide. 3 children aged 10 and under stay free (sleeping with their parents).
Five identically set-up bedrooms
All 5 bedrooms have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. No room is better or worse than another, so it's easy to divide them among pairs of friends or couples without drawing lots.
The capacity of 10–12 guests fits the five bedrooms' beds, making this house better suited to medium-sized groups than to large parties.
A hotel-style drinks corner
For drinks there is a full set of hotel-style wine and champagne glasses, and an 80-liter ice bucket keeps drinks cold all night. The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar, a blender, a microwave, a toaster and a barbecue grill.
Ice (10 kg) is 50 baht per bag, plus a delivery fee of 100 baht per order. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, and you can carry on indoors.
