Diamond Pool Villa Pattaya is a three-story, ten-bedroom house that sleeps 27–35 guests. Floor 3: a grown-ups' retreat
Besides bedrooms 8, 9 and 10, floor 3 also has a panoramic jacuzzi, a pool table, a sauna and a party counter. Groups who want to get away from the kids' noise downstairs can come up for a sauna, a soak in the jacuzzi or a game of pool.
The karaoke comes with speakers and microphones and plays through YouTube, so you can take turns singing whatever you like.
Floor 1: a 6 × 10 meter pool, grilling area and kitchen
The ground floor is the kitchen and living room area, connected to the swimming pool, the grilling area and the parking. The pool is 6 × 10 meters and 1.4 meters deep.
The kitchen is well stocked with the details: plates, bowls, spoons, chopping boards, knives, a stone mortar, trays, a baking pan, a cheese grater, spatulas, ladles, a whisk, steak knives and crab crackers. There are champagne glasses, wine glasses and a wine opener. Appliances include a toaster, an electric kettle, a capsule coffee machine (Krups Dolce Gusto), a microwave, an oven and a chef's cabinet at the kitchen counter.
Floor 2: seven bedrooms
Floor 2 has 7 bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has 2 king-size beds, bedroom 3 has 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, and bedrooms 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 each have 1 king-size bed.
The 3 bedrooms on floor 3 each have 1 king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom as well. Up to 5 children under 7 stay free, making it easier for families with several young children to arrange rooms.
Parking and nearby shops
Parking fits 3–4 cars inside the property and 2 in front of the house. If you have more cars than that, you can park in the project's public area.
A few minutes' walk brings you to Lotus's go fresh, about 50 meters away, and Frankie's Inn restaurant, about 40 meters away, so picking up extra ice or fresh food during the day is easy.
