Benoit is a three-bedroom house for groups of 10–15 guests, with one bedroom that opens right onto the pool, a 6 × 4 meter pool that is 1.5 meters deep, and a kitchen that comes almost fully equipped. It even accepts late-arriving walk-in guests until 2 a.m.

A bedroom that opens straight onto the pool

A favorite with many guests is Bedroom 3, right next to the pool, with 2 beds of 5 ft: wake up and you can be in the water in seconds. Bedroom 1 has one 5-ft bed.

Bedroom 2 combines a 3.5-ft bunk bed with a 5-ft bed, ideal for kids or friends who don't mind sharing. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

A 1.5-meter-deep pool for confident swimmers

The pool measures 6 × 4 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. Adults who can swim can enjoy it to the full, while children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

The house sits opposite Ban Amphoe–Wat Yan Beach, 4.3 km from the sea. Nearby are Roi Kan restaurant about 180 meters away and a 7-Eleven about 240 meters away.

A kitchen stocked with almost everything

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a steamer, a blender, a fridge and an ice bucket, ready for the whole group to cook or steam meals together.

The only thing you need to bring is seasonings, as the house asks guests to provide their own. Ice and charcoal can be bought from the house.
