Konmek Poolvilla is a five-bedroom house in the Sattahip–Samae San area that sleeps 16–18 guests. It has parking for 10 cars inside the grounds, ideal for groups arriving in several cars. The kitchen has an electric stove indoors and a gas stove outside, plus a 100-liter ice bucket.

Room to park several cars inside the grounds

The parking area inside the grounds holds 10 cars, so a group of 16–18 guests driving in from different homes doesn't need to look for roadside parking. The house is 8.9 km from the sea, making it more a place to relax at home than to walk down to the beach.

Near the house are a 7-Eleven (Sattahip–Sukhumvit 23 branch) about 600 meters away, Pa Uan Pad Thai restaurant about 600 meters away, and Big C Sattahip about 1.2 km away.

A pool split into kids' and adults' zones

The pool is 8 × 3 meters, with a depth of 0.9 meters in the kids' zone and 1.5 meters in the adults' zone. There is 1 life jacket for small children and 1 for older children. Children under 8 stay free.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoors you can make noise 24 hours a day. The house has 1 Smart TV and YouTube karaoke.

Two kitchens, indoors and outdoors

Indoors there is an electric stove, and outside there is a gas stove and a barbecue grill. Equipment includes pots, pans, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a sandwich maker and an electric kettle. The 100-liter ice bucket keeps drinks cold for a big group all night. Please bring your own seasonings.

Complimentary items are 6 large 1.5-liter bottles and 12 small 600 ml bottles of drinking water. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there is a 500-baht dishwashing fee.

Five bedrooms and rules to know

Bedroom 1 has one 6-foot bed, and Bedrooms 2 to 4 each have two 6-foot beds. All four rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 has one 6-foot bed and no en-suite bathroom. Every bathroom (5 in total) has a water heater. Amenities include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo and soap.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house, including e-cigarettes, and pets of any kind are not allowed inside the house, but they may be brought to the outdoor areas free of charge.
