Suk Sabai Pool Villa sleeps 11–15 guests in three bedrooms. Its standout feature is how close the essentials are: CJ More, an ATM, a pharmacy and Lotus's Go Fresh are all within 230 meters. It also has a YouTube karaoke system and a 4 × 6 meter pool.

Walk to the shops, no driving needed

The house is 8.3 km from the sea, but everyday essentials are within walking distance: CJ More (Pattaya Crocodile Farm branch) about 130 meters away, a Bangkok Bank ATM about 140 meters, Xta Plus pharmacy about 150 meters, and Lotus's Go Fresh (Pony Farm) about 230 meters.

If you forget something or want more snacks, you can walk over yourself. The Old Bill Bar is about 120 meters away, and Pipo Pony Club about 240 meters.

Three bedrooms for 15 guests

Bedroom 1 has two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 6-foot beds and one 3-foot bed (a bunk bed) with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one 6-foot bed, and the shared bathroom is outside next to the swimming pool.

Children under 9 years old stay free. Every room has a water heater, and for stays of more than one night, only the towels are changed.

Pool, karaoke room and noise

The pool is 4 meters wide, 6 meters long and one meter 40 centimeters deep, and there are 3 children's life jackets. The only Smart TV is in the karaoke room, which uses a YouTube system.

Noise is allowed until 22:00; after that, noise inside the house is allowed all night.

Kitchen and barbecue grill: what to bring yourself

The kitchen comes with cooking equipment, a barbecue grill and an ice bucket that holds about 3–4 large bags of ice, but there is no blender and no moo kratha/shabu pot.

There are no seasonings or ingredients, so please bring your own. Charcoal is 30 baht, ice is 40 baht per 10 kg bag, and drinking water is 50 baht per pack. Charcoal and ice can be ordered until 19:00. The dishwashing fee is 500 baht.

Parking and pets

There's parking for 4–5 cars, but buses can't park here, so large groups renting a bus should plan parking in advance.

The house accepts only small pets, both dogs and cats, at 300 baht per pet.
