The house has no private pool; if you want to swim, you can use the shared pool all night. The house is 4.2 km from the sea, so it suits groups who'd rather cook, sing and relax at home than play in the water.

Near the house, Up Yum Pattaya restaurant is about 250 meters away for meals you don't feel like cooking.

A European kitchen for grill and shabu meals

The kitchen is a European-style kitchen with a grill/shabu pot, an electric kettle, a toaster, a cooking pot, a pan, cups, plates, spoons, glasses, wine glasses, a rice cooker, knives, a cutting board and a mortar and pestle.

There are no seasonings, so please bring your own, and you should wash your own dishes after meals, as there is a 500 baht dishwashing fee.

Bedrooms and services during your stay

Bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 5-foot bed and uses the shared bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has a 5-foot bed. There are water heaters and hot water heaters, hair dryers in 3 bedrooms, plus bath towels, hair towels, soap, shampoo and body wash.

The house cleans, sweeps, mops and tidies the common areas every day for free. This common-area cleaning service is for stays of 3 nights or more, and for 3-night stays the sheets and towels are changed once for free.
