Level TRI Villa Rayong is a five-bedroom house in the Suan Son Beach area, 290 meters from the sea, sleeping 10–19 guests. The first thing to know is that the swimming pool is a shared communal pool across from the house. Inside, there is an 8-foot pool table, karaoke and a kids' play corner, and pets are welcome too.

A communal pool, a 50-meter walk across the way

This house has no private pool. The swimming pool is a large communal pool across from the house, a 50-meter walk away, divided into a kids' pool and an adults' pool. There is no slide, and the depth is 120 cm.

The house asks guests to wear swimwear in the pool and provides 5 children's life jackets and 5 adult life jackets. Anyone taking little ones for a swim can simply grab them on the way.

Suan Son Beach and the pier to Koh Samet

The house recommends Suan Son Beach, which has lovely clear water and is ideal for relaxing by the sea. The beach also offers water activities such as banana boats and jet skis, plus seaside restaurants and cafés where you can sit and enjoy the view.

The house is close to the pier for boats to Koh Samet, so groups who want to spend a day on a day trip to the island and come back to sleep at the house can plan it without much trouble.

Pool table, karaoke and a kids' corner

Inside the house there is an 8-foot pool table, karaoke with YouTube Premium, 1 smart TV, and a kids' play corner with toys. Every room has air conditioning, there are water heaters, and supplies such as a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 21:00 and indoor noise until 00:00, so after 21:00 the singing should move indoors.

Five bedrooms, with extra mattresses in several rooms

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have one 5-foot bed and one 3.5-foot extra mattress. Bedroom 4 has one 5-foot bed and one 6-foot extra mattress, plus an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 has three 5-foot floor mattresses.

The house has 3 bathrooms in total; the rooms with en-suite bathrooms are Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 4. Children under 3 years old stay free (2 children), and for a 3-night stay, house cleaning service is provided.

Kitchen, freebies and pet rules

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a blender, a shabu pot, wine glasses, a grill and a 54-liter ice bucket. Freebies include 2 bags of charcoal and 10 kilograms of ice, along with drinking water. The dishwashing fee is 1,000 baht.

The house welcomes pets at 500 baht per night. Please bring your own towels for them, and pets are not allowed on the beds. Parking is outside the house, with room for 6 cars, and buses can park too.
