All Season Poolvilla by Lunlana: a 60 cm deep kids' pool · a kids' zone

All Season Poolvilla by Lunlana is a five-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area, 90 meters from the sea, that sleeps 14–20 guests. A separate 60 cm deep kids' pool sits beside the main pool, there is a slide, and there is a kids' zone inside the house. Ideal for several families traveling together with young children.

A separate kids' pool, and a slide for older kids

The main pool is 4 × 7 meters, sloping from 120 to 150 cm deep, while young children have a separate 60 cm deep kids' pool. Parents can sit and watch the little ones splash in the shallows while older kids take turns on the 3.5-meter slide.

The house asks that only swimwear or smooth fabric be worn in the pool, so pack swimwear for all the kids before you leave home.

Bedrooms set up so families can sleep together

The 1st floor has Bedrooms 1 to 3, each with one 6-foot bed; Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a TV in the room. The 2nd floor has Bedroom 4 with two 6-foot beds and Bedroom 5 with one 6-foot bed plus 2 more 3.5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.

3 children under 7 stay free if they sleep with their parents. For extra guests, the house provides a floor mattress with sheets, a pillow, a blanket and a towel.

A kitchen for cooking for the kids

The kitchen is set up for real cooking, with pots, pans, a steamer, an electric stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a blender and a kettle, so it's easy to make rice porridge or toast for the kids in the morning. There are both small and large ice buckets.

The freebies are 1 large bag of ice, 1 of charcoal and 1 of water, as 1 set per night, plus a snack and coffee set per booking. A barbecue grill is provided for dinner by the pool.

Walk to the sea, and a neighboring house for big groups

The house is 90 meters from the sea, FamilyMart is about 90 meters away and there is an ATM about 80 meters away, so forgotten items like diapers or boxed milk are just a few minutes' walk away.

House DV-2765 is next door to house DV-2766. There is parking for 2–3 cars inside the property. Noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can carry on indoors, and pets are welcome for 500 baht per night.
