Summer Season Poolvilla is in the Jomtien Beach area, 90 meters from the sea, and sleeps 14–20 guests. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is 1 more shared bathroom, so a big group coming back from the sea together won't have to queue long for showers.

The sea first, then back to the pool

It's just 90 meters from the house to the sea, so in the morning you can walk over for a swim and come back to rinse off at the house. FamilyMart is about 90 meters away and an ATM about 80 meters.

The house's pool slopes from 120 to 150 cm deep and has a 4.2-meter slide. The house requires only swimwear or smooth fabric in the pool, so anyone just back from the beach should change into swimwear before getting in.

Enough bathrooms for a group of 20

Bedrooms 1 to 3 each have one 6-foot bed, and Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have a TV. The 2nd floor has Bedrooms 4 and 5, each with two 6-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more shared bathroom for everyone.

Extra guests get a floor mattress with sheets, a pillow, a blanket and a towel, and 3 children under 7 stay free if they sleep with their parents.

Poolside dinners with cold drinks

The kitchen is set up for cooking, with an electric stove, a steamer, a mortar, a cutting board, knives and a barbecue grill. For parties there is a blender, Yeti tumblers and wine glasses, along with small and large ice buckets.

Every night the house gives you 1 large bag of ice, 1 of charcoal and 1 of water as 1 set, plus a snack and coffee set per booking. If you run short of charcoal, you can order more at 35 baht per bag or 3 bags for 100 baht.

Cars, noise and the neighboring house

There is parking for 2–3 cars inside the property, so groups of 20 should carpool. Noise is allowed until 22:00, after which you can carry on indoors.

House DV-2766 is next door to house DV-2765, and pets are welcome for a fee of 500 baht per night.
