A housekeeper for multi-night stays

The advantage of this house for long trips is that stays of more than 1 night include cleaning at no charge; the housekeeper comes in to change the linens and clean once every three days.

If you'd like the house tidied every day, daily cleaning can be requested for 500 baht per visit.

A big bedroom and two bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed and another 2 beds of 3.5 feet, with an en-suite bathroom, ideal for a family or three friends sleeping together.

Bedroom 2: a 6-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: a 5-foot bed with no en-suite bathroom. These two rooms use bathroom 2, located in the living room area. Every bathroom has a water heater.

The pool, music and life jackets

The chlorine pool is 3 × 6 meters and 130 cm deep. There are two children's life jackets but no adult life jackets, though swim rings are provided.

The karaoke runs on YouTube. Noise is allowed indoors all night, while outdoors it's allowed until 22:00.

Charcoal, ice and things you can order

The house leaves 10 bags of charcoal for you and counts how many were used at check-out (50 baht per bag). The fridge has 1 large bag of ice for sale at 70 baht per bag. Drinking water isn't provided by the house, but it's sold from the fridge.

If you need more, let the housekeeper know at check-in, because once check-in is complete and the housekeeper has left, you can't order more through them and will have to order from 7-Eleven online.

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, glasses, a chopping board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar, a microwave, a toaster and an ice bucket. There is parking for 1 car inside the property and 2 cars outside.
