Noise and entertainment to know about

The house has no karaoke, only a speaker with no microphone, and the smart TV is in the living room only. Noise is allowed until 22:00, so it suits groups who want a quiet rest rather than a party.

For stays of more than 1 night, cleaning is provided every other day at no extra cost, and there's no cleaning fee. The freebie is 8 bottles of drinking water.

The kitchen, and shops within walking distance

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, forks, chopsticks, drinking glasses, wine glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a kettle, a mortar, a microwave and a 60-liter ice bucket. Charcoal can be ordered at 3 bags for 100 baht, and ice at 50 baht a bag (10 kilograms).
