Your Land pool villa is a pair of three-story twin houses, D23 and D25, rented together, with eight bedrooms in total that sleep 24–40 guests. It has 2 jacuzzi-system pools, a large 10-meter spiral slide and 5 sun loungers. Both dogs and cats are welcome, and buses can drive in.

Two houses, separate but close together

The first house, D23, and the second, D25, are laid out almost identically. The top 3rd floor of each is the master bedroom, with one 6-foot bed and one 5-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a TV, so two families can comfortably take a house each.

The 2nd floor of each house has two rooms: one with a 6-foot bed paired with a 5-foot bed and a TV, and the other with one 6-foot bed and no TV. The ground floor has a poolside room without a TV; in D23 it has one 6-foot bed and in D25 it has two 3.5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, and there are 2 more separate bathrooms on the 1st floor.

Jacuzzi pools and a spiral slide

The house has 2 jacuzzi-system pools, 5 × 7 meters and 1.2 meters deep. The large 10-meter spiral slide is where kids and teens will keep going round all afternoon, and 5 sun loungers by the pool let adults lie back and keep watch.

Children aged 5 and under stay free, up to 4 children (sleeping with adults), and there are 3 children's life jackets in sizes SS, S and M. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise all night.

A kitchen with an air fryer

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, an air fryer, wine glasses and a grill, plus 1 ice bucket of 100 liters and 2 separate ice coolers for the tables. There are no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Ice is 50 baht per bag (10 kg per bag) and charcoal 50 baht per bag, with orders accepted before 16.30. Dishwashing costs 500 baht per round.

Karaoke, amenities and parking

The house has YouTube karaoke with microphones and water heaters throughout. Amenities include hair dryers, towels, soap, shampoo, shower caps and cotton buds.

1–2 cars can park right in front of the house, the rest park in the designated common area, and buses can drive in. Near the house is Greyhound Cafe Pattaya, about 218 meters away. Dogs and cats are welcome at 500 baht per pet per night.
