Two kitchens: one for indoor cooking, one for grilling

The indoor kitchen has a rice cooker, a microwave, an electric kettle, an electric oven and a fridge, plus 6 coffee sets with spoons, 6 drinking glasses, a rice bowl, plates, bowls and dish towels.

The outdoor kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a barbecue grill, along with pots, pans, a spatula, a ladle, scissors, tongs, a mortar and pestle, a steamer and 1 ice bucket of 80 liters. The house doesn't provide seasonings, so please bring your own.

A 4 × 5.5 meter pool and life jackets in every size

The pool is 4 × 5.5 meters and 1.20 meters deep. The house has 6 life jackets in sizes S, M and L, 2 of each size. Up to 2 children aged 9 and under stay free (staying with their parents).

Ice is 60 baht per bag (8–9 kilograms) and charcoal is 40 baht per bag; you can order before your stay (around 15:00) and even several days in advance. The house also gives you 6 bottles of drinking water daily.

Sing indoors all night long

The living room has 1 smart TV and YouTube karaoke with 2 microphones. Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, move indoors to keep singing, where noise is allowed all night.

Two bedrooms, and things to bring yourself

Bedroom 1 has one 5-foot bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two 5-foot beds and uses a separate bathroom next to the bedroom. Both bathrooms have water heaters.

Amenities provided are 2 hair dryers, 6 towels, tissues and trash bags, but no shampoo or soap, so please bring your own. There's parking for 1 car inside and 2 outside. Nearby are Mister Jo Cafe, about 504 meters away, and a 7-Eleven, about 1.2 km away.
