V3's standout feature is having shops close by. Jaruwee Pharmacy is about 250 meters away, and CJ Supermarket and CJ More are about 260 meters away, so if you forget condiments or snacks you can simply walk over.
If you don't feel like cooking for a meal, the Sattahip branch of Tiao Kai Tun (stewed chicken noodles) is about 270 meters away, while the sea is about 3.9 km off.
Pool, slide and karaoke after dinner
The 8 × 4 meter pool has a 2.5-meter slide for afternoon fun. Come evening, move on to YouTube karaoke on the smart TV, with outdoor noise allowed until 22:00.

Sleeping arrangements for a big group
All three bedrooms have two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, sleeping 12 guests normally. If more of you are coming, 6 more can stay, with 3 people per bed.
The house has no extra mattresses. The 4th bathroom is in the living room, and children under 6 stay free.
