NY grand villa is a seven-bedroom house that sleeps 14–30 guests. Every bedroom has a 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and six rooms have an extra sofa bed. Beside the pool are a slide and a kids' pool with water 70 cm deep. The house is about 7.4 km from the sea, so it suits groups who plan to spend most of their time at the house and pool.

Every room has a bathroom and extra bedding

Bedrooms 1 to 6 are set up the same way, each with a 5-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and 1 sofa bed, so a family with one child or three friends can share a room comfortably.

Bedroom 7 has a 5-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, reserved for couples who want a relaxing soak before bed. Every bedroom has a water heater, along with a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and trash bags.

Slide, kids' pool and life jackets

The main pool is 4 × 8 meters and 1.20 meters deep, with a pool edge 80 cm high. There is a 2 × 3 meter slide that supports 80 kg, and a separate kids' pool with water 70 cm deep for little ones to splash in the shallows.

The house provides 2 children's life jackets and 2 adult life jackets. Children under 7 stay free, up to 3 children; beyond that, it's 100 baht per extra child.

Sing indoors with no time limit

The living room has one 68-inch smart TV and YouTube karaoke. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22.00 but indoor noise has no time limit, so a poolside party can move inside and keep singing.

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, wine glasses, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket and a grill, but no seasonings, so please bring your own. You can order a large bag of charcoal for 100 baht and 30 kg of ice for 100 baht from the house.

The 7-Eleven Pornprapanimit 17 branch is about 216 meters away, Dao Food & Drink about 253 meters, a fresh market about 359 meters and a Kasikornbank ATM about 408 meters.

There is parking for 2 cars inside the property, 2 in front of the house and another 8 nearby. Pets are welcome for a fee of 300 baht per pet. If there is any mess (feces/urine), please clean it up thoroughly.
