Open rooms to match your group size

The bedrooms are spread over three floors: Floor 1 has rooms 101 to 108, Floor 2 has rooms 201 to 204, and Floor 3 has rooms 301 to 303. When booking 8 bedrooms, you can choose which rooms to open on either Floor 1 or Floor 2. Larger groups can request more rooms; ask the team about the room opening fee.

The house details list the beds for some rooms: for example, room 101 has two 6-foot beds, room 105 has one 6-foot bed, and room 107 has three 6-foot beds plus one 3-and-a-half-foot bed. All three rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and rooms 106, 107 and 108 are next to the pool.

There are 15 bedrooms in total, with a maximum of 53 people. More than that can be accommodated, but without bedding, so you should tell the team your actual headcount when booking.

A soundproof karaoke room

The 75-inch smart TV is in the karaoke room (the bedrooms have no TV). The karaoke runs on YouTube, and since the karaoke room is soundproofed, noise is allowed indoors all night.

Outside, noise is allowed until 22:00. After 22:00 you can still swim and play soft music. The house has a water dispenser with hot water, and 10 liters of water is provided.

A 15 × 8 meter pool for big groups

The pool measures 15 × 8 meters and is 150 cm deep. The house has 4 children's life jackets, and parents bringing kids should have them wear one every time they go in the water.

The house provides free charcoal and ice; if that's not enough, extra ice can be ordered at 50 baht a bag, with orders taken until 18:00. The kitchen has 5 pots in various sizes, 2 pans, a steamer, a mortar, a rice cooker, a microwave, a BBQ grill and a large refrigerator, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Everything you need within walking distance

Rai Wanasin Fresh Market is about 171 meters away, FamilyMart about 180 meters, Mini Big C about 186 meters, Pizza Art about 195 meters and Watsons about 205 meters, so if you forget something there's no need to drive.

There's parking for 6–8 cars inside the property, plenty more outside, and bus parking. The house is about 5.3 km from the sea, so you'll need to drive to get to the beach.
