Cozy Vibe is a four-bedroom house opposite Jomtien Beach that sleeps 14–17 guests. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the swimming pool uses a mineral-water system, the kitchen comes fully stocked with seasonings, and drinking water, ice and grilling charcoal are provided free every day.

A mineral-water pool for a group of ten-plus

The mineral-water swimming pool measures 10 × 7 meters and is 1.3 meters deep, with 3 life jackets each for children and adults for those who aren't strong swimmers.

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00, while indoor noise is allowed 24 hours. There are 5 Smart TVs (across the bedrooms and the party room), so the gathering can move into the party room once it's past that time.

Four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 have 6-foot beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom, good for kids. Bedroom 4 has a 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

Every room has a water heater. Room supplies include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags, and there is 24-hour security staff.

Daily freebies and a kitchen where you don't need to bring seasonings

Every day the house provides 2 packs of drinking water per day, 2 large bags of ice per day and 2 bags of grilling charcoal per day, plus a 5-liter ice bucket (free service).

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill, a moo kata stove, a shabu pot and wine glasses, and a full set of seasonings is provided.

Dishwashing fee is 500 baht (if not washed before check-out). There is no cleaning service fee (for stays of more than 1 night where you want to hire cleaning, the service fee is 500 baht).

Pets, kids and parking

The house accepts pets with no weight limit at 500 baht per pet, and up to 4 children up to 10 years old stay free.

3 cars can park inside the house and 3 in front of the house. Near the house are Mini Big C about 420 meters away, Honeydew Pattaya about 440 meters away and the Four Regions Floating Market about 840 meters away.
