Avarin is a four-bedroom house in the Huai Yai area for 12–15 guests, with a 6-meter slide into the pool, a separate kids' pool and two kinds of kitchen: a Thai kitchen outside and a Western kitchen inside. The parking area can take a bus, making it ideal for groups who rent a vehicle to travel together.

A slide and a separate kids' pool

The main pool is 4 × 8 meters and 130 centimeters deep, with a 6-meter-long slide into the water, while the kids' pool is a separate 2 × 4 meter pool, 50 centimeters deep.

The house provides 3 kids' life jackets and 3 adult ones. Up to 2 children aged 8 and under stay free, so families with both little kids and older kids can each swim in their own pool.

Two kitchens for groups who love to cook

Outside is a Thai kitchen for cooking Thai food, and inside is a Western kitchen with an 80-liter ice bucket, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a mortar and pestle, a rice container, a coffee cup set, wine glasses and a wine/beer opener.

There's a grill to use too. If you run short of charcoal or ice, you can order more until 20:00: ice is 35 baht per 10-kilogram bag, and charcoal is 30 baht per 1-kilogram bag.

Sing in the karaoke room

The house has a separate karaoke room with YouTube, and the smart TV is only in the karaoke room, so the bedrooms are purely for resting.

Noise is allowed outside until 22:00; after that, noise is allowed indoors all night, but please keep the volume down.

Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

Bedrooms 1 and 3 have two 5-foot beds, and Bedrooms 2 and 4 have one 5-foot bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 1 has a bathtub, and there's 1 more shared bathroom outside for people coming out of the pool.

Amenities include water heaters, hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags. There's parking for 4 cars inside and 5 outside, and buses can park too. Mini Big C is about 330 meters from the house.
