Aum poolvilla is a five-bedroom house across from Krathing Lai Beach that sleeps 15–28 guests. The bedrooms have 14 five-foot beds in total, and every room has an en-suite bathroom. The pool is 6 meters wide and 12 meters long, with a kids' pool and a slide, and there's pétanque for those who'd rather stay out of the water.

A wide pool for a big crowd

The house is 9.3 km from the sea, so it makes up for it with a pool 6 meters wide, 12 meters long and 1.4 meters deep, where twenty-odd people can get in at once without crowding. Next to it is a 40 cm deep kids' pool for little ones to splash in shallow water.

The 2-meter slide holds up to 100 kg, so it suits kids more than larger adults. For those who'd rather stay dry, the house has pétanque to play while waiting for the food.

Bedrooms with 14 five-foot beds

Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 5 each have four 5-foot beds, while Bedrooms 2 to 4 each have two 5-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom. This layout makes it easy for a large group to split rooms by family.

Children under 7 stay free (up to 4 children). The house provides towels, and the living room has a Smart TV and YouTube karaoke.

A kitchen for big meals

Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, a steamer, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, an ice bucket and a barbecue grill. No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own.

Charcoal can be ordered at 40 baht per bag and ice at 60 baht per bag (8 kilograms per bag), with orders taken until 20:00. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there is a dishwashing fee of 500–1,000 baht.

Noise, pets and the surroundings

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise all night. The house accepts pets at 500 baht each, but pets are not allowed in the pool or on the beds.

There is parking for 7 cars (5 inside the grounds and 2 outside). Nearby are Ya Apha drink shop about 270 meters away, CJ More (Ban Kraek Santikham branch) about 1 km away, and Nam Farm Kae market about 2.3 km away.
