Bedrooms where parents take the big bed and kids the small one
On the 2nd floor, bedroom 1 has a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bed, bedroom 2 has a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bunk bed, and bedroom 3 has two 3-foot beds. Every room has an en-suite bathroom.
There are four more bedrooms. Rooms 4 and 7 have a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bed, while rooms 5 and 6 have a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bunk bed. Every room also has an en-suite bathroom, so a family can share one room, with the kids climbing up to the top bunk.
A living room for the whole house to sing in
The house has YouTube karaoke, and the smart TV is only in the living room, so in the evening everyone gathers there. The house name says it has a game room, but the house information doesn't specify which games are available, so ask the team before booking if you plan to play.
As for noise, outdoor noise is allowed until 00.00, while indoor noise is allowed 24 hours a day. Please shut the doors tightly.
A 3 × 7 meter pool and a sea within walking distance
The 3 × 7 meter pool is there for a dip when you get back from the beach. The house is about 150 meters from the sea, so you can walk over for a swim and come back to rinse off at the house.
The 7-Eleven Jomtien Soi 13 branch is about 186 meters away and Kasikornbank Jomtien 3 Pattaya about 339 meters. The kitchen has pots, pans, a blender, a steamer and a grill, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.
Bring your dog or cat along
Small dogs are 500 baht, large dogs 1,000 baht and cats 500 baht each. Conditions: you must bring your pet's bedding, pets are not allowed in the pool or to be walked outside the house, and they must not cause any damage to the house.
There is parking for 15–20 vehicles in total, and buses can park. Extra orders must be placed before 17:00: ice 1 bag (10 kilograms) 100 baht, charcoal 1 bag 50 baht, and drinking water 1 pack 89 baht.
