Bedrooms arranged by floor

The 1st floor has Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, each with one 6-foot bed. The 3rd floor is the same: Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5, each with one 6-foot bed.

Bedroom 3 is on the 2nd floor with 4 beds of 3.5 feet, good for older kids or friends who want separate beds while sharing one room.

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 additional separate bathroom. Every room has a water heater, and there's a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

A small pool, ample parking and Khao Sam Muk near the house

The swimming pool is 7 × 2.5 meters and 1.3 meters deep, enough for a cooling soak at the house.

5 cars can park inside the house and 10 along the fence (along the hill opposite the house), but you have to find a spot yourself as other cars may park there. Buses can park along the hill.

The Khao Sam Muk summit viewpoint is about 200 meters away, Lotus's Express Laem Thaen about 735 meters, 7-Eleven about 892 meters, and Talat Tong Chom: Bang Saen Walking Street about 991 meters.

Kitchen, grilling and karaoke

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, a grill, wine glasses and a 20-liter ice bucket. You need to bring your own seasonings.

Charcoal is 40 baht per bag and can be ordered 24 hours. The price of ice varies, so ask each time before ordering; ice can be ordered until 22:00. Dishwashing starts at 200 baht.

The house has a YouTube karaoke system, with loud noise allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors until 23:00, and the house provides 12 bottles of 550 ml drinking water per day.
