Four identical bedrooms make splitting up easy

Bedrooms 1 to 4 are all set up the same way, with two 6-foot beds and an en-suite bathroom, so when you assign rooms to each family, no one ends up with a smaller room.

The house can take 8 extra guests but has no extra mattresses; each 6-foot bed counts as sleeping 3 guests. Anyone who wants to sleep more comfortably should bring their own mattress. Children under 6 stay free.

Freebies and services so you don't have to worry about chores

On arrival day you get 1 pack of 12 bottles of drinking water, 10 kilograms of ice at no charge, and charcoal at no charge. If you stay more than 1 night, house cleaning is provided at no charge.

The bathrooms have a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues, garbage bags, toothbrushes, toothpaste and bathrobes. Every room has a water heater, and the house has a smart TV with YouTube karaoke.

A kitchen stocked with many kinds of glasses

The kitchen has a barbecue grill, a grill pan, pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a blender, a microwave, a toaster and a steamer. Glassware includes drinking glasses, wine glasses, beer glasses and a wine cooler bucket, along with a large refrigerator and a 20-liter ice bucket.

No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own. If you don't wash the dishes yourself, there is a 500 baht dishwashing fee. The nearest restaurant is Khrua Baan Yai, about 2.7 km away, so it's best to bring fresh groceries with you.

Pool, slide and four-legged friends

The pool is 8 × 4 meters with a 2.5-meter-long slide, enough for kids to slide into the water. The sea is about 12.2 km away, so this house is better suited to staying in than to strolling along the beach.

The house accepts pets with no weight limit at 500 baht per pet per night. Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00. There is parking for 2 cars inside the property and another 3 in front of the house.
