Wake up to the sea

This house sits right on the sea at Khao Phra Tamnak–Thep Prasit Beach. It has a 5 × 7 meter chlorine pool with no slide, and there are no life jackets for children or adults, so families with young children should bring their own floats.

Outdoor noise is allowed until midnight, while indoors you can make noise 24 hours a day with the doors firmly closed, so you can carry on with YouTube karaoke inside.

Essentials are an easy walk from here: Sands Cafe is about 22 meters away, a 7-Eleven (Phra Tamnak Beach Soi 5 branch) about 46 meters, Sands Sauna Beach Club Pattaya about 70 meters, and Lotus's Go Fresh Phra Tamnak Soi 5 about 99 meters.

There is parking for 4–5 cars inside the grounds but no bus parking, so groups arriving by chartered bus need to arrange parking themselves.

Bedrooms on floors 2 and 3

Floor 2 has Bedroom 1 (a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bed), Bedroom 2 (one 6-foot bed) and Bedroom 3 (two 3-foot beds), all with en-suite bathrooms.

Floor 3 has Bedroom 4 (a 6-foot bed and a 3-foot bed) with an en-suite bathroom, Bedroom 5 (one 6-foot bed) and Bedroom 6 (a 6-foot and 3-foot bunk bed). Bedrooms 5,6 share a bathroom. The Smart TV is only in the living room, so there are no TVs in the bedrooms.

Kitchen, amenities and services during your stay

The kitchen has pots, pans, plates and bowls, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket, a barbecue grill and wine glasses, but please bring your own seasonings. Amenities include water heaters, a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags.

Ice, charcoal and drinking water can be ordered from the house before 17:00. If you stay more than 1 night, free house cleaning is provided the following day.
