You can swim at the beach by the house
This house is right on the sea in the Khao Phra Tamnak-Thep Prasit Beach area, and the house confirms that the beach in front of the pool villa is swimmable. Inside the grounds is a 4 × 12 meter pool, 1.30 meters deep, for rinsing off after the sea.
If you need to pick up supplies, Sands Cafe is about 140 meters away, the 7-Eleven Phra Tamnak Beach Soi 5 branch about 160 meters, and a Mini Big C about 200 meters.
Twelve rooms, the same beds in every one
Every bedroom has a 6-foot bed paired with a 3-foot bed. The 1st floor has bedrooms 1–5 and the 2nd floor bedrooms 6–12. Bedrooms 3, 4, 7 and 11 have bathrooms separate from the bedroom, the rest have en-suite bathrooms, and every room has a water heater.
The house lists the rooms that are not poolside: bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 downstairs, and bedrooms 6, 8, 9 and 10 upstairs. The rooms not on this list are bedrooms 7, 11 and 12, so anyone who wants a room near the pool should agree on it when dividing up rooms.
Keep singing indoors with the doors shut tightly
Outdoor noise is allowed until midnight, after which you can move inside for YouTube karaoke 24 hours a day, as long as the doors are shut tightly. The smart TV is only in the living room, so the bedrooms have no TVs.
The house states that water and electricity are included; just keep the doors shut tightly when the air conditioning is on. Children under 10 stay free, 4–5 children, making it easy for families with several kids to plan their numbers.
The kitchen and things to order from the house
Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, plates and bowls, spoons, drinking glasses, a cutting board, knives, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, an ice bucket and a grill, but you need to bring your own seasonings.
Ice is 100 baht per bag (10 kilograms) and charcoal 50 baht per bag (1 kilogram), with orders accepted before 17:00, and drinking water is 89 baht per pack of 12 bottles of 600 ml. Up to 10 cars can park inside the property, and buses can park too.
