The sea and shops within walking distance

From the house it's about 150 meters' walk to Jomtien Beach, so you can stroll along the shore in the morning or evening without driving. Nearby is DIB D Varee Inspiration Bar, about 110 meters away.

7-Eleven Jomtien Soi 13 branch is about 190 meters away, and Kasikornbank Jomtien 3 Pattaya is about 350 meters away, so anything you forgot is easy to buy.

Bedrooms with beds for kids

Bedrooms 1 and 3 have a 6-foot bed paired with a 3-foot bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 4 have a 6-foot bed paired with a 3-foot bunk bed. Every room has an en-suite bathroom and a water heater, so parents can take the big bed and the kids the bunk bed in the same room.

4–5 children under 10 stay at no charge, or no more than half the number of adults. The smart TV is only in the living room.

Bringing your cat or dog

The house accepts cats at 500 baht per pet per night, small dogs at 500 baht and large dogs at 1,000 baht per pet per night.

The conditions are that you must bring your pet's own bedding, pets are not allowed in the pool or to be taken for walks outside the house, and they must not cause damage to the house. Even though the house is near the sea, don't plan to take your pet for beach walks from this house.

Noise, air conditioning and on-site charges

Noise is allowed outdoors until midnight, while indoors it is allowed 24 hours a day as long as the doors are fully closed, so YouTube karaoke can continue inside. The rate includes water and electricity; when the air conditioning is on, please keep the doors fully closed.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a mortar and pestle, and a microwave. Wine glasses are available to borrow, but no seasonings are provided, so please bring your own. The pool is 3 × 7 meters.

Cleaning fee: no charge if the house isn't very dirty; if it's very dirty, 500–2,000 baht as assessed by staff on site. The same applies to dishwashing: if you want the house to clear and wash up, there is a service fee of 500–2,000 baht as assessed by staff on site.
