7 BEDROOM CLASSIC LOFT is a seven-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area that sleeps 14–21 guests. Every room is set up the same way, with a 6-foot bed, a 3-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom. Six rooms open straight onto a pool with a 4-meter slide, and the house has arcade machines you can play without inserting coins.

Open the bedroom door and you're at the pool

Bedroom 1 is not poolside, but the rest are, so whoever wakes up first can walk out of their room straight into the water. The pool is 3 × 7 meters and 1.30 meters deep, with a 4-meter slide for splashing in.

If you'd like to swap the pool for the sea, the house is about 150 meters from the beach. DIB D Varee Inspiration Bar is about 106 meters away, and the 7-Eleven Jomtien Soi 13 branch about 186 meters.

Arcade machines, karaoke and a TV in the living room

The house has arcade machines you can play without inserting coins, so kids or adults who aren't swimming still have something to do. The karaoke runs on YouTube, and there is a TV only in the living room (1 room).

Outdoor noise is allowed until midnight and indoor noise all night. Please close the doors properly so the singing doesn't carry to the neighbors.

All seven bedrooms set up the same way

All 7 bedrooms have one 6-foot bed and one 3-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and a water heater, so each room takes two to three people equally and there's no need to draw lots for rooms.

Children aged 10 and under stay free, up to 5 children (no extra bedding). The house provides hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and trash bags.

The kitchen and things to order from the house

The kitchen has an ice bucket, pots, pans, plates and bowls, wine glasses, a mortar and pestle, a microwave, a steamer, a grill and a blender, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Ice is 100 baht per 10 kg bag, charcoal 50 baht per bag, and drinking water 89 baht per pack of 12 bottles, with orders accepted until 18.00. Small pets cost 500 baht per pet per night and large pets 1,000 baht per pet per night.
