Out sightseeing by day, back home to relax

Near the house are Pattaya City Public Park, about 70 meters away, 7-Eleven Boon Kanchana Soi 3 branch, about 80 meters away, and Vitamax pharmacy, about 230 meters away, so you can stop for shopping on the way back from sightseeing.

An en-suite bathroom in every room, plus one by the living room

Bedrooms 1 to 4 each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom, and there is 1 more bathroom by the living room. On days when you need to head out early, everyone can get ready at the same time.

Amenities provided are towels, a hair dryer, soap and shampoo, along with water heaters. Children under 5 stay free, up to 2 of them. Extra guests who don't need a mattress are charged 500 baht per person per night.

Pool, big-screen TV and dinner at home

The pool is 4 × 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with 3 children's life jackets. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV with YouTube karaoke. Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors until 24:00.

The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket, a grill and wine glasses, but no seasonings, so please bring your own. Complimentary items are 8 bottles of drinking water, 1 bag of ice and 1 bag of charcoal. If you don't wash the dishes, a service fee of 500–1,000 baht (as assessed on site) is deducted after check-out.

Strict booking conditions

Bookings at this house cannot be cancelled; if cancelled, the deposit is not refunded in any case. Once the booking is paid, it cannot be switched to another house. If your plans change, the only option is to postpone your stay, with at least 15 days' notice.

Parking is for 1 car inside the property and 1 car outside. Groups coming in several cars should arrange to carpool so they fit the parking.
