Three equal bedrooms, no fighting over rooms
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are all set up the same way, each with one 5-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and a water heater, so three couples traveling together can split the rooms easily.
Amenities include a hair dryer, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags. If you'd like the bed sheets changed, there is a service fee of 1,500 baht per time.
A small sloped pool, with freebies for the barbecue
The pool measures 4 × 3 meters with a sloped floor and a maximum depth of 1.5 meters, better for a cooling soak than for swimming laps.
The owners provide 6 bottles of drinking water, 2 bags of charcoal and 6 sachets of 3 in 1 coffee for free. The kitchen has a grill, pots, pans, a mortar and pestle, a microwave and a 20-liter ice bucket, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.
Karaoke in the hall, with music allowed indoors until midnight
There's a smart TV in 1 room, the downstairs hall, along with a YouTube karaoke system. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoors until midnight.
The house has parking for 2 cars inside and 1 outside, but no bus parking. Children aged 7 and under stay free, up to 1 child. Near the house, Dr. Olivier Medical Clinic is about 260 meters away.
