Four rooms, and no one gets a smaller one
All four bedrooms are set up the same way, with one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom in every room. Friends coming as couples don't need to draw lots for rooms; every couple gets about the same privacy.
If more people tag along than there are beds, extra guests who don't need a mattress are charged 500 baht per person per night. Children under 5 stay free, up to 2 of them.

The pool out front and time to chat
The pool is 4 × 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep, ideal for a cooling soak before climbing out to chat by the poolside. The house has 3 children's life jackets and provides 1 bag of ice and 1 bag of charcoal for the grill.
Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00. After 22:00, noise is allowed indoors with doors and windows closed so as not to disturb the neighbors. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV for carrying on with a movie.

Parking for just one car, with a convenience store in walking distance
The house has parking for 1 car in front. If several couples are coming, ride together in one car or get dropped off. Once you arrive there's no need to drive anywhere: 7-Eleven Boon Kanchana Soi 3 branch is about 80 meters away, Dong Hun Drim restaurant about 110 meters away, and Pattaya City Public Park about 70 meters away.
The kitchen has pots, pans, a rice cooker, a blender, a microwave, a toaster, a steamer, an ice bucket and wine glasses. No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own. If you don't wash the dishes, a service fee of 500–1,000 baht (as assessed on site) is deducted after check-out.
