Quint Pool Villas (Q3) is a four-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area that sleeps 8–15 guests. It has a private chlorine pool but no separate kids' pool. Swim at home during the day, head out in the evening to a seafood restaurant near Lan Pho Naklua Market, then come back for karaoke or a game of pool inside.

A chlorine pool whose depth you should know before getting in

The private pool uses a chlorine system and is 4 × 6 meters and 1.5 meters deep. This house has no kids' pool, so children who can't swim yet should wear the children's life jackets the house provides (3 of them) with an adult by the pool.

For those who just want to float around, fancy pool floats are provided. A grill can be used by the pool, and the house provides 1 bag of ice and 1 bag of charcoal.

Dinner out, then back to keep playing

The house recommends seafood restaurants near Lan Pho Naklua Market. If you want a night out, Walking Street is 5 kilometers away. Places near the house include Dong Hun Drim restaurant, about 120 meters away, and 7-Eleven Boon Kanchana Soi 3 branch, about 90 meters away.

Back at the house, the next round is the pool table and karaoke, or you can watch a movie on the 65-inch smart TV in the living room. The house's noise rule is that noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00; after 22:00, noise is allowed indoors with doors and windows closed so as not to disturb the neighbors.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen

Bedrooms 1 to 4 each have one 6-foot bed, an en-suite bathroom and a water heater. Amenities provided are towels, a hair dryer, soap and shampoo. Children under 5 stay free when sleeping with their parents.

If you'd like to make your own breakfast before heading out, the house has basic kitchenware, a steamer and a toaster, but no seasonings, so please bring your own.

Guests, parking and cancellation

Extra guests who don't need a mattress are charged 500 baht per person per night. There is parking for 1 car in front of the house, so if you plan to go out for dinner often, plan your transport ahead.

Three things should be settled before booking. First, bookings cannot be cancelled; if cancelled, the deposit is not refunded in any case. Second, once the booking is paid, it cannot be switched to another house. Third, if you need to postpone your stay, you must give at least 15 days' notice. As for dishes, if you don't wash them yourself, a service fee of 500–1,000 baht (as assessed on site) is deducted after check-out.
