Arriving in several cars or late at night, no problem
Groups driving separately in several cars can park comfortably: the house has covered parking for 4 cars and another 4 in front, eight cars in total with no need to look for roadside parking.
Anyone coming along after work needn't worry: late check-in is possible, with security guards on duty 24 hours a day. Regular check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Five bedrooms split across the floors
The ground floor has Bedroom 1 with one 6-foot bed. Up on the second floor are Bedroom 2 and the master bedroom, each with one 6-foot bed, the master room with a bathtub, plus a family room with four 5-foot beds.
Bedroom 5 sits apart on the third floor with one 6-foot bed, ideal for those who want peace and quiet, and the house also has a private rooftop for catching the breeze. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and water heater.
A 54.50 sq m salt pool with a shallow zone
The pool is a 54.50 sq m saltwater system, 1.3 meters deep, with a Jacuzzi system and a 50-centimeter-deep shallow zone sectioned off for kids, so adults can keep swimming in the deeper part.
Freebies are drinking water, ice and charcoal, 3 bags of each. If you need more, you can buy extra: ice is 50 baht per bag, charcoal is 30 baht per bag and drinking water is 50 baht per pack (12 bottles).
Prepare dinner, then on to the music
The kitchen is set up for cooking, with a refrigerator, a microwave, a full set of cookware, a mortar and pestle, an ice bucket, a wine opener and wine glasses. Outside there's a barbecue grill and an electric stove. If you'd rather not wash the dishes yourself, there's a 1,000 baht dishwashing service fee.
After dinner, the 75-inch TV with microphones and a sound system can be used for YouTube karaoke, and the next morning there's a free breakfast of pork or seafood rice porridge, portioned to the number of guests (let the house know if you don't eat pork).
