Wealthy House: a 10-meter pool, a kids' pool and a slide in one house

Wealthy House is a 3-bedroom pool villa for 10–13 guests. The pool is 4 meters wide and 10 meters long, with a children's pool 80 cm deep and a 3.5-meter slide, plus a variety of glassware for parties at the house. Small dogs and cats are accepted under the house's conditions.

Three ways to enjoy the water, for all ages

The main pool is 4 meters wide and 10 meters long, perfect for swimming laps. Next to it is a children's pool 80 cm deep and a 3.5-meter slide for older kids to play on.

The house provides 4 children's life jackets, and 2 children under 7 stay free.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom 1 has 2 5 ft beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a 6 ft bed and uses the shared bathroom right next door, and the third bedroom has a 6 ft bed with an en-suite bathroom.

Every bathroom has a water heater, and amenities such as hair dryers, towels, shampoo, soap, tissues and garbage bags are provided.

House parties with a full set of glassware

Besides pots, pans, a steamer, a microwave and a barbecue grill, the house provides wine glasses, shot glasses, beer glasses, liquor glasses and plastic cups for get-togethers.

Ice is 60 baht per 10 kg bag and charcoal is 50 baht per 1 kg bag, orderable until 18:00. Please bring your own seasonings.

Karaoke and noise rules

The house has smart TVs in 2 rooms and YouTube-connected karaoke. Noise is allowed outdoors until 22:00 and indoors until midnight, with the doors properly closed.

There is parking for 1–2 cars inside the property and 4 outside, and a 7-Eleven is about 400 meters away.

Bringing a dog or cat

The house accepts up to 2 pets, charged by weight. Please bring a dedicated bed for your dog or cat along with toilet supplies.

If your pet gets sick during the trip, there is an animal clinic about 350 meters from the house.
