Sea Sapphire Villa 2 is a five-bedroom house in the Jomtien Beach area that sleeps 11 guests, 400 meters from the sea. It suits groups traveling together on a chartered vehicle, since a bus can park here, and if you'd rather not go shopping yourself, the house will buy charcoal or ice for you for a service fee.

Chartered groups can get off right at the door

The house has parking for 1 car inside the grounds and 2 outside, plus space for a bus, so a group of 11 traveling together by chartered van or bus doesn't need to worry about parking a large vehicle. Groups driving separately in several cars, however, will have less room to park.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00, so on your last morning there's time to pack and take a final dip before boarding.

No need to go out for charcoal

If you'd like the house to buy charcoal or ice for you, there is a service fee of 100 baht per trip, handy for groups who came by bus and don't want to drive out for supplies. The kitchen has a barbecue grill, a steamer, a microwave and an oven.

No seasonings are provided, so please bring your own. If you'd like the house to do the dishes, there is a dishwashing fee of 1,000–2,000 baht, so groups cooking for themselves should assign washing-up duty in advance.

A pool beside the house and private bedrooms

The pool is 10 meters long, 3 meters wide and 130–150 cm deep. All 5 bedrooms each have one 6-foot bed and an en-suite bathroom with a water heater. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have pool views, while Bedroom 5 has a balcony.

The living room has a Smart TV and YouTube karaoke. Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise all night. Children under 7 stay free (up to 2 children), and there's a washing machine for use during your trip.
