A kitchen for more than instant noodles
The kitchenware includes pots, pans, a cutting board, knives, plates and bowls, spoons and drinking glasses, everything you need for a big meal. What many villas lack is an oven and a steamer: here you can bake treats, reheat pizza or steam dim sum for breakfast without leaving the house.
No seasonings are provided, so bring your own fish sauce, sugar, sauces or salt. On the way into Jomtien, you can stop at the 7-Eleven about 309 meters from the house.
A barbecue grill for dinner by the pool
The house has a barbecue grill for outdoor use. As for charcoal and ice, if you'd like the house to go out and buy them for you, there is a service fee of 100 baht per trip, so it's best to stock up yourself along with your fresh food if you can.
The pool is 3 meters wide, 10 meters long and 130–150 cm deep, close to the grill corner, so whoever is grilling doesn't have to be far from friends in the water. Music can be played outside until 22:00.
Do your own laundry on longer stays
The washing machine in the house means swimsuits and clothes wet from the sea don't have to sit damp in your bag, ideal for trips spanning several days.
All 5 bedrooms have 6-foot beds and en-suite bathrooms, with water heaters, towels, shampoo and soap provided. The living room has a Smart TV and YouTube karaoke, and you can sing indoors all night.
