Noise rules: outside until 22:00, inside with no time limit

The house has clear noise rules. Around the pool and the outdoor area, music can play until 22:00. After that, close the doors and move the party into the living room, where you can keep singing all night.

Microphones and songs run through YouTube karaoke on the Smart TV, so you can search for new songs instantly without bringing discs or a flash drive.

Early in the day, everyone's at the pool

Before the singing starts, the 3 × 10 meter pool is where everyone gathers in the afternoon. At 130–150 cm deep, it lets the whole group of adults stand in the water and chat.

For dinner, you can use the house's barbecue grill. If you forget to buy charcoal or ice, the house can buy them for you for a service fee of 100 baht per trip. Seasonings are not provided, so bring your own.

Sing late, then retreat to your own room

When the party winds down, everyone can head to their own bedroom, as all 5 rooms have en-suite bathrooms with hot water, so there's no queue for the shower in the small hours.

Bedroom 5 is on floor 2 and has a balcony, perfect for those who want to step out into the breeze once the music fades. The house also provides 2 bottles of drinking water per room.
