A long stay, and the house stays tidy

The house offers free cleaning for stays of 3 nights or more. If you'd like the housekeeper to come in for another round, it's 1,000 baht per time, and dishwashing is a 500-baht service fee.

A large drinking water cooler is free to use throughout your stay, and the house provides 1 bag of charcoal and 1 bag of ice. If you need more, ice is 35 baht per bag, and a set of 3 bags of charcoal with alcohol fire starter and a lighter is 140 baht.

The entire upper floor is bedrooms

All five bedrooms are on floor 2. On the left side are Bedroom 1 with a 6-foot bed and Bedroom 2 with a 5-foot bed, and in the middle is Bedroom 3 with a 5.5-foot bed.

On the right side are Bedroom 4, further in, with a 5.5-foot bed, and Bedroom 5 with a 6.5-foot bed. Every room has its own bathroom, and there is also 1 separate bathroom. There is a TV in 1 bedroom and in the living room.

Free days on a long trip

The house is about 7.2 km from the sea. On days you don't go out, the 10 × 3 meter pool, 1–1.5 meters deep, is where you cool off. There are 2 children's life jackets and YouTube karaoke, with indoor singing allowed until midnight and outdoor noise until 22:00.

Daily essentials can be bought at the 7-Eleven (Boonsamphan Soi 11 branch) about 320 meters away or at Lotus's Express about 350 meters away. The house accepts 1–2 pets, cats up to 5–6 kilograms and dogs up to 5–10 kilograms, at 500 baht each per night.
