Exquisite poolvilla C is a five-bedroom house in the South Pattaya Beach area that sleeps 10–12 guests. Bedroom 4, the large central room on floor 2, has a Jacuzzi tub in its bathroom, and the house has no karaoke, making it a good fit for groups who want a quiet stay.

Bedroom 4, the large room with a Jacuzzi

The large central room on floor 2 has one 6-foot bed, and its bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub for a soak after a day out, perfect to give to the couple who organized the trip or a couple celebrating a special occasion.

The other bedrooms also have 6-foot beds, but only Bedroom 1, downstairs at the front of the house, has an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 5 use shared bathrooms. The house has 4 bathrooms in total, so agree on a shower order in advance.

A wide saltwater pool instead of music

This house has no karaoke, so the main activity is the 10 × 6 meter saltwater pool, 1–1.8 meters deep. There are 2 children's life jackets, and children under 7 stay free (2–3 children).

Outdoor noise is allowed until 22:00 and indoor noise until midnight. Every bedroom and the living room have a TV, so anyone who wants to watch a movie in their own room can do so.

Pets welcome, essentials nearby

The house accepts 1–2 cats or dogs, with a pet fee of 500 baht each per night. Cats must weigh no more than 5–6 kilograms and dogs no more than 5–10 kilograms.

It's about 203 meters on foot to a 7-Eleven and about 207 meters to Pan Pan pharmacy. There is parking for 3 cars inside the grounds and 2–3 more in front of the house.
